Lewis
Timberlakes credentials match his reputation. Americas
Apostle of Optimism, as once referred by Paul Harvey, is a
native of Stamford, Texas who entered the life insurance business
at the age of 24. He quickly became a million-dollar-a-year sales
person, and within seven years was president of that company. During
the first three years of his presidency, his companys sales
increased 1,100% and at the ripe old age of 37 he resigned from
this position to devote his time to helping others understand goal
setting and modern management philosophies.
Lewis functions
as visiting lecturer and management consultant to many of the nations
largest corporations. He authors and facilitates some of todays
most highly respected management programs for many of todays
prominent companies and serves as professor for the Institute for
Management Studies. Perhaps the most impressive testimony of Lewis
abilities is that his programs are requested by these companies
time and time again.
Perhaps a
speakers reputation should be based upon the leadership he
has demonstrated in civic, political, social and religious organizations.
