Programs

These are the "top" programs that are most often requested by Lewis' clients. Any and all programs can (and will) be tailored to your specific needs!

BRINGING BACK THE MAGIC

Designed to encourage and enlighten both employer and employee on the way through “times like these.” Covering not only why magic left the workplace, this seminar also clearly outlines specific steps to bring that magic back!

TIPS FOR YOUR TRIP TO THE TOP

Built on the statement from Nelson Mandela: “There is no passion to be found in playing small—in settling for a life that is less than you are capable of living,” this seminar proves that not only can you reach the top, but shows you how to get there!

MINING FOR GOALS

This program examines the power of goal-setting and focuses on the process. Using a handout, participants are guided through activities that assist in differentiating between goals, missions and objectives, and they are given help in identifying goals and developing plans to execute them.

TECHNIQUES OF GETTING THINGS DONE

Fortune magazine says that 40% of us in the business world “just can’t get things done.” The primary result of this is to know the things that we are required to do, so we can make a life as well as a living.

TURNING STRESS INTO STRENGTH

Often called the “wear and tear of living,” stress affects 46 million Americans to the point of creating problems that discourage, demean, detour and destroy lives. This presentation is designed to reveal what stress is, why it occurs, the seven types of stress, the four myths about stress and ways to turn stress into strength.

THE LAST THREE FEET

This program teaches how to discover the most important part of “benefit-based selling.” Participants learn to analyze and handle objections, discover the prospect’s real problem and understand when and how to deliver an effective close. Salespeople do not want or need another “multifunctional” program where they clap hands, sing songs and rush into a skeptical world that is determined to disappoint the overcharged salesperson. They want, need and deserve answers that work, methods that make sense and ideas that move them into action.

LESSONS LEARNED FROM A LONG DEAD BEAR

IBM CEO Thomas Watson wrote, “Two kinds of people never amount to much. Those who only do what they are told and those who can do nothing else.” This seminar explains why, how to change that, and then teaches lessons from “the Bear” in reaching the top!

ANATOMY OF A LEADER

This seminar examines leadership in the 21st century. It looks at the responsibilities of today’s leaders and explores the reasons, realities, roles and requirements of leadership, including the unique attitudes, abilities, actions and attributes of leaders.

BORN TO WIN

The overwhelming majority of people need to believe they were “born to win.” They want to lead more productive lives at home and work and want to know how to be all they can be. This speech is built around the truth that everyone is born to win—but conditioned to lose. It examines the justification of this statement and offers inspiring information that proves its truth. Three specific steps are offered to help anyone become the winner they are born to be: deciding what you want, deciding that you deserve it and deciding the price you are willing to pay to achieve it.

IT’S ALWAYS TOO SOON TO QUIT

Anyone who desires more success and greater personal satisfaction must understand, “whether we rise above trouble in victory or go down beneath it in defeat depends not on the hardships of life, but on the ways we react to them.”

MANAGING THE CHALLENGE OF CHANGE

Tomorrow hurtles towards us—bringing emotionally charged options so new and strange that past experience alone will not offer clues in dealing with them. To survive, we must become infinitely more capable of solving problems, making decisions, setting goals, communicating with others and becoming fully aware of what is happening around us.

TRIUMPH THROUGH TRANSITION

All of us arrive at turning points in our lives where we are forced to look at who we are, what we do and where we want to go next. This program is designed to deal with what you are facing, how to understand it, how to approach it and how to benefit from it. “Life always turns out best for those who make the best of how life turns out.”

THE SECOND GREATEST STORY EVER TOLD

Dr. Joyce Brothers wrote, “The greatest discovery in the last 100 years is self-image. It chooses our mate, our friends, our occupation, and even sets the limits of our abilities to perform.”

PERSUASIVE COMMUNICATION

Seventy-one percent of one’s ability to attract followers depends on persuasive communication abilities. This session covers three ways to be an effective communicator, the importance of body language, and four ways to develop/improve verbal skills

THE MANAGEMENT OF TIME

Nobody can manage time itself, but anyone can manage the activities that take up time. This seminar explains three ways we misuse time, nine ways we waste time, two secrets of time management and how to have all the time you need.
